I developed a love for all things active at a young age. I grew up running track and cross-country and that’s where I truly developed my passion for fitness. I believe in hard work, determination and dedication. My classes will make you step out of your comfort zone and help you reach your highest potential. Just when you feel like you're about to quit, I will motivate you to always keep pushing that limit. I spend a lot of time on my music; so get ready to workout to beat pumping music that will help you raise the bar just that little bit higher every single time!

Sharing my experience and knowledge to help you become fit, healthy and confident is something I am very passionate about. 5 years in the French army, there’s no nonsense in my classes. I will make you work for those recoveries and help you achieve huge results keeping you motivated every step of the way. You will leave the room feeling like you can conquer anything that comes your way.
